Standard Real Estate Invests in Lincoln’s Planned Logistics Facility, Riverport Logistics I in Louisville, KY

LOUISVILLE, KY - September 17, 2026 - Standard Real Estate Investments (Standard), in partnership with Lincoln, today announced its investment in Riverport Logistics I, a planned, Class A logistics facility located at 7000 Greenbelt Highway in Louisville, Kentucky. The transaction underscores the firms’ continued focus on high-growth industrial markets and last-mile distribution assets.

Riverport Logistics I will be a 160,156 sq.-ft., institutional-quality industrial facility situated on approximately 27.6 acres within the Riverport market, one of Louisville’s main logistics hubs. The complex will boast modern design specifications tailored to today’s distribution users, including 32-foot clear heights, 36 dock doors, ESFR fire protection, and flexible configurations suitable for single or multi-tenant occupancy.

“Riverport Logistics I marks our first project with Lincoln, and we are looking forward to bringing it to life in one of the nation’s strongest logistics markets,” said Lindsay Louie of Standard Real Estate. “'We are excited about what Riverport Logistics I will deliver for tenants, and are confident in where this market is headed.”

Strategically located just 11 miles from UPS Worldport, the largest automated package-handling facility in the world, the property will benefit from exceptional connectivity to national and global distribution networks. The site also provides direct access to key interstate highways, rail infrastructure, and Ohio River barge systems, enhancing its appeal to logistics operators and e-commerce users.

Lincoln, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the U.S., with more than 72 million square feet of industrial development completed, will continue to leverage its expertise in development, leasing, and operations to maximize the asset’s long-term value.

“Louisville continues to distinguish itself as a premier logistics market, supporter by strong population reach, a skill labor force, and sustained demand for modern space,” said Lane Baker of Lincoln. “Riverport Logistics I is well positioned to meet tenant needs and deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns.”

The broader Louisville industrial market remains highly competitive, with vacancy rates around 3.7% and strong leasing momentum, reflecting limited new supply and robust tenant demand.

Construction of Riverport Logistics I is expected to be competed by year end 2026, positioning the property to capture continued growth in e-commerce, distribution, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
